You’ve taken a few shots at building an audience. But the plays are in the low double digits, the subs aren’t growing, and the marketing budget is depleted. The stories are there, but the work isn’t built to surface them.

So you need a beginning, a middle, and an end to your video... but what the hell does that even mean? You can't use that vague definition of plot to create anything useful.
